Cheryl’s Tiffin Cake
- 170 g margarine
- 170 g sugar
- 1 tbsp Cadbury Bournville Cocoa
- 1 packets rich tea biscuits
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 150 g Cadbury Dairy Milk
- 60 g raisins (optional)

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.

Put the margarine, sugar, cocoa and golden syrup into a separate bowl and melt in the microwave for 2 mins, stir, then for 1 min more, if needed.

Crush biscuits and add to bowl, along with the raisins (if using), and mix to combine.

Pour the mixture into final dish and press down to flatten. Set in dish in fridge.

Once cooled and set, pour melted chocolate on top and then put back in fridge to set.
