Cadbury Crunchie Cream

  Reserve 6–8 squares of the Cadbury Dairy Milk and keep in the fridge.

  Break up the remaining Cadbury Dairy Milk and put in a glass bowl over a saucepan of barely simmering water. Stir occasionally until melted.

  While the chocolate is melting, mix the mascarpone and double cream in a large bowl. Combine until just mixed, don’t over mix.

  When the chocolate has melted, pour it into the mascarpone mix.

  Fold in with a spatula until fully combined.

  Divide the mixture between 6 dessert bowls or ramekins.

  Grate the reserved chocolate and break up the Cadbury Crunchie bars so you have a mix of crumbs and small bite size pieces and sprinkle over the desserts.

  Put the ramekins in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
