Allie's Chocolate Cheesecake Mug Cake

METHOD

  Break the egg into a bowl and beat.

  Add the baking powder to the mixture.

  Beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth and add the cocoa powder, then beat again until the mixture is smooth, with no powder showing.

  Pour the chocolate mixture into a mug.

  Add the egg mixture and gently combine with a teaspoon.

  Add 7 Cadbury Dairy Milk Buttons and stir gently.

  Place in an 800 watt microwave for 2½ mins.

  When you remove it, it will have peaked and split slightly, add the remaining buttons into the split.

  Wait one minute, make a cuppa, get a spoon and enjoy.
